Elizabeth has extensive experience and knowledge in all aspects of property law, ranging from the purchase and sale of real estate (residential, commercial and strata) to option matters.

Having acted for individuals and developers, Elizabeth possesses vast transactional experience in a broad range of property related work as well as matters of a general legal nature.

Elizabeth has also been extensively involved in the preparation and certification of mortgages in acting for a number of financial institutions, as an approved panel solicitor, and is the preferred solicitor for various mortgage originators.

DANIEL RIEDSTRA

Daniel possesses extensive experience in litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants, in most major New South Wales jurisdictions (such as Local, District and Supreme Courts, Court of Appeal, etc). Daniel has wide-ranging skills in preparing and advising on commercial agreements and documents (such as business contracts and deeds) which give effect to a broad spectrum of commercial arrangements. Daniel is also available to appear as agent for other solicitors in all courts within the Parramatta area.
